Deejos Review: Why I'm speaking out
My Story
When I first engaged with DEEJOS for my construction, I was hopeful that their promises of quality and timely delivery would hold true. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be disappointing. I’m sharing this blog to help other customers make informed decisions before committing to their services.
Why I Chose DEEJOS
Like many customers, I was drawn to DEEJOS because of their marketing and reputation in the industry. Their website and sales pitch highlighted professionalism, modern design, and customer satisfaction. Based on this, I decided to proceed with them for my project.
How DEEJOS?
Promotion Ads, Google Ads - Shows DEEJOS in toplist of your search. So you click it. Then, we check the review. Where in google maps (Maps are designed for commutation and yes reviews are there but google focus on convenience and acessibility than review there). Check MouthShut (created for reviews/feedback) and DEEJOS got reviews!
My Experience
- Service Quality: Work fell short of initial promises (delays, poor workmanship, missing features).
- Communication: Updates were inconsistent; queries often ignored or vaguely answered.
- Delays: Project ran far beyond agreed timelines, adding stress.
- Support: Concerns met with defensiveness instead of solutions.
